Derek Bunker, owner of Prime Chemical and Janitorial Inc., is a Manhattan, Kansas native and former Kansas State University baseball standout. A four-year letterman with a business degree from K-State, Derek brings eighteen years of experience and a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and service to the chemical and janitorial supply industry.

Deeply rooted in Manhattan and the K-State community, Derek built Prime Chemical and Janitorial on the values that shaped him as an athlete and local leader: reliability, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way. He lives in Manhattan with his wife, Dr. Katie Bunker, AUD, and their two daughters, Finley and Harper.
